We are seeking a candidate open to working 3-day and two overnight shifts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will:
? Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
? Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.
? Enjoy solving problems, am comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
Fundamentals: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write, and speak fluently. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement; occasionally, you must lift or move up to 20 pounds.
Rate of Pay:
? For applicants working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour. The hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
