Hi there, We’re hiring a part-time Affiliate Manager (4–5 hours/day) — and this role is perfect for someone with Customer Service experience who’s ready to level up into a growth-focused position. Good news: you don’t need affiliate experience. We provide full training and clear SOPs so you know exactly what to do every day. What you’ll do (similar to customer service — but way more fun): • Support and guide our affiliates/creators (not customers) • Reply to messages, keep relationships strong, and help affiliates succeed • Encourage creators to post more, coach them with simple feedback, and keep them excited • Track basic performance + updates (simple reporting / organization) You’re a fit if you: • Have real customer support experience (Shopify/TikTok/DM support is a plus) • Write clearly, stay organized, and respond fast • Love people + communication, and can motivate others • Want a role with serious growth potential (not a dead-end support job) Why this is a big opportunity: You’ll be working with a strong team at a brand people genuinely love — check our reviews.
