Product Quality: Package your goods appropriately and arrange them in a manner that is visually appealing for customers to easily identify and purchase.
Sanitation: To meet customer expectations, it's vital to keep the freezer, cooler, and deli spaces free of dirt, germs, and bacteria.
Safety Compliance: Consistently maintain high safety standards, conduct proper safety inspections, and immediately alert superiors of any risky scenarios.
Company Standards: Comply with the company's policies that govern the proper handling of food, the preservation of temperature-sensitive contents, and the disinfection of equipment.

Compensation
Hourly Wage: Depending on where the job is situated and the level of experience of the successful candidate, the hourly compensation for this position can range from $18.00 to $25.00.

Qualifications
