Responsibilities
Moderate and review user-generated content in French to ensure compliance with community standards.
Promptly identify and address inappropriate content and user behavior.
Create comprehensive reports on moderation efforts for internal review and strategy enhancement.
Offer thoughtful feedback to users to promote positive and respectful interactions.
Work alongside the social media team to develop and implement moderation policies.
Stay updated with trends and best practices within the industry to continuously improve moderation techniques.
Help translate user feedback and moderation guidelines to ensure clarity for French-speaking users.
Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and community guidelines.
Outstanding communication skills with the capability to provide constructive feedback.
Detail-oriented and skilled in analyzing user behavior trends.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
