Key Responsibilities
In this dual‑track role, you will split your focus between two specialized functions. Both require a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Freight Capload Processor

Enter freight account information into arenaflex’s proprietary systems with 99.9% accuracy.
Calculate rates, mileage, and overflow charges using computer‑based calculators and client‑provided pricing tools.
Validate that each charge aligns with contract terms and regulatory guidelines.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that highlight billing accuracy and any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing questions and ensure timely invoicing.


Freight Account Cleanup Processor

Review existing freight accounts to confirm correct classification and status.
Utilize internet search engines (e.g., Google) to verify account connections and identify duplicate records.
Consolidate multiple related accounts into a single, cohesive record for each client.
Maintain a consistently high level of data quality and attention to detail throughout the cleanup process.
