Freight Execution Partner Facility Relief (Night Shift)

What Youll Do
Monitor, execute, and respond to facility-driven live load requests between 6PM and 4AM.
Act facts and catch urgent requests from shippers needing overnight solutions (especially client overflow).
Secure capacity, cover, confirm, and assign trucks in real-time using GHs asset pool or partner carriers.
Ensure continuity and keep operations smooth by maintaining GHs reputation for reliabilityWe never leave freight on the floor.
Stay connected and communicate with facility contacts via messaging platforms, monitor load status, and track trailer availability.
Update, report, and input load details in the TMS and notify dispatch leads of successful bookings.
Escalate when necessary if truck capacity is maxed out or theres a significant customer risk, flag it to leadership.
What Makes You a Fit
Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation tracking.
Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup (with at least 2 monitors)
Handle urgency without panic and keep operations moving.
Understand trucking beyond spreadsheetsyou know whats happening on the ground.
Proactive problem solver. Does not wait for approval, ready to act, and inform after.
Comfortable in high-stakes situations but meticulous with documentation.
