Role Overview:
Were looking for a highly organized and proactive freelance virtual assistant to handle customer interactions, assist with marketing initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Provide personalized assistance and ensure excellent customer experience
E-Commerce & Website Management:
Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify
Track inventory and coordinate with the fulfillment team
Ensure a seamless online shopping experience
Marketing & Social Media Support:
Assist with influencer outreach and email campaigns
Schedule and manage social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and track engagement metrics
Administrative & Research Tasks:
Conduct industry and competitor research
Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets
Assist with other operational needs as required
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Shopify, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Passion for fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands is a plus
