Key Responsibilities
⢠Source, identify, and engage bilingual (English/Spanish) healthcare candidates for US-based roles
⢠Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
⢠Screen candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
⢠Present qualified candidates for internal review and progression to final interviews
Candidate Requirements (For Sourced Talent)
⢠Must fall within approved budget ranges
⢠Must have clear, professional, and neutral-accent spoken English
⢠Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the US healthcare space
⢠Hands-on experience with EMR systems and/or strict adherence to HIPAA compliance
⢠Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment
⢠Willingness to install and actively run TimeDoctor monitoring software during all billed hours
⢠Must pass a final qualification interview with the internal recruitment team
