We're A&A Exports — a manufacturer specializing in handmade womenswear and hand-embellished accessories. We've been on the production side for years. Now we're expanding our bag and accessory sourcing capabilities and need freelance help from people who know this category inside out.
Here's the situation. We work with mid-sized fashion brands — the ones doing real volume but without massive sourcing departments. A lot of them want to add bags to their line or improve what they're already doing, but they run into the same problems: wrong factories, MOQ mismatches, QC surprises, timelines that fall apart after the sample stage. We've seen it from the manufacturer side. We want people on our team who've seen it from the brand side too.
This is freelance, remote, and project-based. Some projects might be short — helping a brand find the right production partner for a specific collection. Others might be ongoing advisory work. It depends on what comes through and what fits your experience.
