The Role
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Freelance Sales Representative to help us expand our client base through outbound outreach in the US. This is a fully remote, commission-based role ideal for someone with a background in B2B sales, media production, or creative industries. Your primary focus will be identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our core team.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Identify and reach out to potential leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
β’ Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects in industries aligned with our services (corporate, tech, agencies, etc.)
β’ Present our services effectively and communicate our unique value proposition
β’ Book qualified sales meetings with decision-makers
β’ Maintain accurate records of outreach and performance metrics
Requirements
β’ Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in media, video production, advertising, or creative services
β’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
β’ Comfortable working independently and setting your own pace
β’ Fluent in English
β’ Familiarity with CRM tools and email outreach platforms
Compensation & Trial Period
β’ Commission-based with percentage per closed deal
β’ 3-month trial phase as a 1099 contractor with potential for long-term collaboration and base retainer after successful performance

Payment Structure:
1. Commission-Only (Trial Phase β First 3 Months):
β’ Commission per closed deal: 15% of the first projectβs revenue
β’ Bonus Incentives:
β’ $500 bonus for hitting monthly target (3 signed deals or $25k in revenue)
β’ $1,000 bonus for hitting 5+ deals or $50,000+ revenue
β’ Bonuses are not cumulative β rep receives the highest tier met.
Earnings Example (with $10,000 Deals)
close 5 projects in a month, each worth $10,000.
Commission (15%):
β’ $10,000 Γ 15% = $1,500 per deal
β’ 5 deals = $7,500 commission
Bonus (based on volume or revenue):
β’ 5 deals hit = eligible for $1,000 bonus
β’ Total revenue = $50,000 β also qualifies for top-tier bonus
Total Monthly Payout:
$7,500 commission + $1,000 bonus = $8,500 total
2. Optional Base Retainer (after trail phase):
β’ monthly retainer of $1,000/month, plus a reduced commission (e.g., 10%)
β’ Retainer will be tied to clear KPIs (e.g., a minimum number of qualified meetings, closed deals, or monthly revenue)
3. Long-Term Options:
β’ Performance-based path to Head of Sales or full-time role
β’ Profit-sharing or percentage of client lifetime value for recurring clients (e.g., ongoing retainer clients)
