To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our Sales / Business Development team.
Tasks
Identify and acquire new B2B customers (retailers, resellers, distributors)
Proactively approach potential clients via cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Build and develop the Dutch market from scratch
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → outreach → negotiation → closing
Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts
Track your pipeline and sales performance independently
Provide market insights and feedback to support expansion strategy
Requirements
Proven experience in new business sales / cold acquisition is highly preferred
Strong hunter mentality with a drive to close deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated and performance-driven
Ability to work independently and structure your own sales activities
Fluency in Dutch and English is required
