Freelance Sales Experts at AI Startup

Lightly AG is an ETH and HSG spin-off pioneering in machine learning and computer vision. Backed by Y Combinator and top-tier investors, our technology is used by global leaders in autonomous driving, medical imaging, and visual inspection. With a small but sharp team in Zurich, we’re looking for analytical and driven Sales Professionals to help us create tasks that replicate E2E Sales Workflows and evaluate sales forecasts. The minimum expected time commitment for this position is 10 hours/week. Tasks Create tasks that replicate E2E sales workflows: Create / acquire any necessary data required for the workflow; Create tasks + decision points within the workflow; Provide the solution to each decision point, accompanied by a justification for that solution; Evaluate AI-generated sales forecasts: Based on a provided rubric, evaluate whether forecasts and responses are correct Requirements You’re a strong candidate if you: Have at least 2-3 years of recent experience working at top companies with established processes Are fluent in English (requirement) Have strong analytical and quantitative skills Communicate clearly and precisely Daily experience using LLMs Daily experience with sales software Benefits A front-row seat to how a YC-backed deep tech company is built Direct exposure to the inner workings of startup leadership Flexible working hours and the ability to shape your role over time Competitive compensation tailored to experience and scope of work Send us your CV .
