Freelance Sales Agent /freelance Wholesale Manager(NYC-Based Only)
Location: New York City (Manhattan or nearby) — Applications from outside NYC will not be considered.
Nana Gotti is emerging luxury fashion brand label its modern, sophisticated designs in evening wear, bridal, and ready-to-wear collections. After establishing a presence in Europe, we are expanding to the U.S. — starting with New York.
We are seeking a freelance sales agent or freelance Wholesale Manager with a strong network in the designer fashion and concept store space in New York City.
Your Mission:
As our NYC-based representative, your role is to introduce and strategically position Nana Gotti within inspiring, fashion-forward retail spaces. You will:
• Reach out to boutiques, stores, and stylists to pitch and sell the collection
• Book and attend appointments with buyers and showroom contacts
• Present the collection using our full sales kit (samples, line sheet, digital lookbook)
• Negotiate and close wholesale orders
• Work remotely with flexible hours, focusing on results
• Build and maintain strong, long-term retailer relationships
• Act as an on-the-ground brand ambassador for Nana Gotti in New York
What We’re Looking For:
• Must be based in NYC
• Experience in fashion sales / wholesale
• Strong, active network of retail contacts in the New York designer fashion scene
• Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized
• Passion for independent fashion, craftsmanship, and emerging luxury brands
• Confident storyteller who can translate our aesthetic to buyers in a compelling way

• Commission-based structure, with competitive rates
• (Based on number and quality of stockists secured and orders closed)
• Job Type: Freelance / Part-time
• Work Location: On the ground in NYC (in-person showroom appointments and store visits)
