Freelance Probate & Guardianship Paralegal -FLORIDA (Independent Contractor – Remote
We’re looking to add an experienced probate and/or guardianship paralegal to our roster of freelance contractors. This is not an employee position — you set your own hours, work remotely, and invoice us as a 1099. What You’ll Handle • Florida probate (formal + summary) • Guardianship administration • Drafting petitions, notices, inventories, accountings, proposed orders • E-filing through the Florida e-Portal • Communication with courts, clerks, and clients • What We’re Looking For • 3+ years Florida probate and/or guardianship experience • Confident with e-Portal and court procedure • Able to work independently without hand-holding • Detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines • Already freelancing or able to bill as 1099 Terms • Remote, flexible schedule • Contract work, billed hourly or per assignment • Volume varies by caseload — ideal for someone already working with multiple attorneys Apply tot his job
