Position: Feelance PR Specialist - Cannabis/Vape Industry Key Responsibilities: • Client-Facing Leadership: Independently lead campaigns for clients, ensuring strategic planning and execution for maximum impact and engagement. • Communication and Relationship Management: Interface with clients, manage relationships, and act as the main point of contact. • Team Leadership: Lead and manage interns to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project execution. • Media Relations: Manage press relationships, conduct outreach to media outlets, and secure valuable coverage and exposure. • Event Coordination: Coordinate in-person events, from logistics to promotions, creating memorable experiences for clients and their target audiences. • Press Management: Regularly provide press clippings and reports. Key Requirements: • Experience in the Cannabis/Vape Industry • Proven track record of garnering press coverage. • Extensive resources in media across Cannabis/Vape, consumer and tech etc. • Mastery of affiliate platforms and wire platforms. • Expertise in celebrity and influencer seeding. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant PR experience. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Work Arrangement: • Flexible work arrangement with remote work as the norm. • Occasional on-site presence required for client events and important activities.
