Focusing on Indonesian consumers being super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app. What you will do: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and Linkedin. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance to achieve marketing goals Prepare clear and effective creative asset briefs for designers and content teams Manage campaign budgets and monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content to align campaign execution with business objectives What you will need: Minimum 3 years of experience in running B2B performance marketing Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analysis into actionable improvements Expert understanding of marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital ads dashboards Understanding SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation will be considered a plus point Proven experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion funnels, and performance optimization Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns or projects effectively
