Freelance Learning & Development Professional (Remote, UK-based preferred) - Contract to Hire
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate freelance Learning & Development (L&D) professional to help us deliver and embed our ambitious L&D programme. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organisation committed to developing and retaining exceptional talent.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with our People & Talent team to implement our L&D strategy across the organisation.
Design and deliver engaging learning experiences—ranging from core consulting skills to leadership development.
Support the creation of blended learning pathways (e.g. workshops, coaching, mentoring, digital content).
Help embed a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D programmes in fast-paced, mission-driven environments (e.g. as an L&D Manager or equivalent).
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A deep commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion—expertise in inclusive learning design is a bonus.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
