Recently, we secured strategic investment led by Bezos Expeditions and Nebius Group with participation from Mikhail Parakhin, CTO of Shopify and board advisor to leading GenAI companies, who now serves as our Chairman of the Board. Our remote-first team is globally distributed around the world: USA, UK, the Netherlands, Israel, Czech Republic, Serbia, and more.
Role Overview:This is a hands-on, zero-to-one growth role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and takes full ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution. You will drive growth for an AI-native product at the product–market fit stage, leading rapid experimentation across acquisition channels (paid, organic, product-led) and identifying scalable distribution strategies.
Key responsibilities:Own end-to-end GTM strategy (positioning, channels, budget, KPIs)Define and iterate on value proposition & messagingBuild organic growth from scratch (SEO, content, community)Set direction for paid growth team (performance + social)Drive both B2C (founders / solopreneurs via consumer channels) and B2B (SMB / ops buyers)Work closely with Product Marketing & Product teams
Requirements:5+ years of working experience in marketing, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS startupStrong positioning & messaging skills (can build category narrative from scratch)Comfortable as both strategist and hands-on executorStrong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, blended acquisition costs, etc.)Experience owning both B2B and B2C growth motionsFluent EnglishBuilder mentality (zero-to-one)Strong product thinking + growth ownershipComfortable with ambiguity and experimentationAble to connect product, messaging, and distribution
Nice-to-have:Experience launching on Product Hunt or in AI / productivity communitiesFamiliarity with founders / solopreneurs / consultant audienceExperience with B2B influencer or newsletter-led growth
