About the role
As a Digital Assistant, you will be at the core of our production process. You will set up surveys, process and analyze data, use AI tools to categorize open responses, and create professional reports in PowerPoint. The work is fully remote, and you’ll enjoy flexible hours while ensuring high quality and reliability.
Key responsibilities
Create and design client reports in PowerPoint based on templates and survey data.
Set up survey questionnaires in SurveyMonkey.
Process and analyze data in Excel (tables, pivot tables, charts).
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Groq) for analysis, categorization, and text editing.
Proofread and ensure quality of deliverables in Swedish and English.
We are looking for someone who
Has excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Has experience with SurveyMonkey (or similar survey platforms).
Is comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily workflow.
Has outstanding language skills in Swedish and English.
Is structured, proactive, communicative, analytical, and efficient.
Terms
Freelance / hourly-based contract, compensation by agreement.
100% remote – work from anywhere.
