Freelance Content Creator/Copy Editor/Graphics Designer

Location: Hybrid Hours: Project-based, ongoing Tools: Canva, Iphone, social schedulers, basic video editing software About the Role Glamour Us is seeking a highly creative, organized, and bilingual Freelance Content Creator & Marketing Graphics Designer to support our digital and in-store marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who can take ideas from concept to execution—creating visuals, writing copy, scheduling content, and ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels. You’ll collaborate directly with our team to develop engaging digital and print assets that highlight our makeup, beauty accessories, and in-store promotions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, retail, and digital marketing. Content Creation & Design • Design high-quality marketing graphics using Canva (email headers, website banners, social posts, POS signage, flyers, reels covers, etc.) • Create short-form videos and edit simple product or promo videos for social media. • Write compelling copy in English and Spanish for social posts, email campaigns, website banners, and printed materials. • Ensure branding consistency across all assets and channels. Publishing & Scheduling • Plan, schedule, and publish content across: • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) • Email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) • Website banners and updates (basic CMS tasks) • Print materials (store signage, promo flyers, product tags) • Maintain an organized content calendar and follow deadlines. Strategy & Collaboration • Assist in brainstorming and proposing creative concepts for campaigns (holidays, product launches, promotions). • Optimize content for engagement, clarity, and conversions. • Report on content performance and suggest improvements. Requirements • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (writing & speaking). • Proven experience creating marketing content for digital channels. • Advanced proficiency in Canva (graphics, templates, basic video editing). • Ability to conceptualize and execute content from scratch. • Strong copywriting skills in both languages. • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Planner, Later, Hootsuite, etc.). • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.). • Understanding of branding, digital marketing best practices, and retail promo cycles. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects. Nice-to-Haves • Experience in beauty, makeup, fashion, or retail industries. • Photography or product styling skills. • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp). • Experience updating Shopify or similar website platforms.
