Seeking a HubSpot Consultant (Freelance | Remote)
Breezy Hill Marketing is a Vermont-based digital marketing agency working with clients across healthcare, B2B SaaS, and professional services. We're looking for an experienced HubSpot consultant to bring on as a freelance partner for client engagements.
What we're looking for:
Hands-on, recent experience implementing HubSpot — specifically Service Hub and/or Sales Hub. Not someone who set it up once two years ago, but someone actively working in the platform today.
You should be fluent in:
• Workflow automation (enrollment logic, branching, cross-object triggers)
• Custom reports and dashboards that answer real business questions
• Client-facing project delivery — translating technical configuration into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders
This engagement is a fit if you:
• Have delivered HubSpot implementations end-to-end, not just supported them
• Are comfortable working across multiple client environments
• Communicate clearly and proactively — no chasing for updates
• Are fluent in English (written and verbal, required)
• Can document what you build and hand it off cleanly
This engagement is NOT a fit if you:
• Need heavy oversight or structured onboarding
• Treat HubSpot certifications as a substitute for actual platform depth
• Are new to freelance or agency-style client work
Engagement details:
• Freelance/1099 — project-based and/or ongoing retainer depending on fit
• Remote, async-friendly
• Rate: open to discussion based on scope and experience
