Freelance Brand Graphic Designer
## Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, including blog imagery, social media posts, banner ads, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives.
Design assets for email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and website content.
Develop motion graphics or 3D visual elements to enhance storytelling across social and advertising channels.
Adapt creative work for different platforms, optimizing designs for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media outlets.
Ensure consistency across all brand communications and marketing collateral.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and marketing best practices to keep designs fresh and engaging.
Assist in refining brand identity and visual guidelines as Decentraland evolves.
## Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Figma: Strong ability to create UI mockups, marketing layouts, and collaborate with the team using Figma's collaborative features.
Canva expertise: Experience using Canva for rapid, scalable design across social media and blog posts.
Experience in 3D design: Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) to create simple 3D models, icons, or visual effects.
Graphic design skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere etc.), for advanced image design and animation.
Comfort with using AI: Interest in utilizing ai for basic concepts and references (Midjourney for example).
Understanding of marketing principles: Ability to create designs that support campaign goals and are optimized for conversion.
