Freelance B2B Creative Talent (Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Production)
Project-Based | Remote | B2B, Internal Communications & Branding Focus
Independent internal communications/branding/advertising agency in the business-to-business, corporate communications space looking for additional bench strength from experienced, career freelancers who understand the demands of corporate communication—people who can bring ideas to life across a range of internal-facing deliverables, often on tight timelines and with shifting priorities.
This is not full-time or steady work. It’s sporadic, project-based, and best suited for established freelancers who are generally available during the workday (and sometimes into the evening) and are comfortable jumping in.
The Work Includes:
• Internal communications campaigns
• Executive presentations and messaging (e.g., Town Halls, strategy decks, leadership comms)
• PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks
• Corporate branding and brand development
• Digital and print brochures, fact sheets, and sales materials
• Intranet content, email campaigns, and event collateral
• Web pages and landing pages
• Social and digital content tailored for professional audiences
We're looking for true and trusted talent with experience in the corporate design space- creative direction, graphic design and production for B2B. No offense but no fashion please.
Who You Are:
• A seasoned B2B creative with real-world experience in internal, corporate, or business-to-business communications
• Skilled in layout, typography, and transforming complex content into clear, effective visuals
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
• Detail-oriented, unflappable, and able to work independently without much hand-holding
• Comfortable jumping into projects without full creative briefs—resourceful, adaptable, and quick to find clarity
• Professional, collaborative, and low-drama—you bring thoughtful solutions, not ego
Respondents must include hourly rates (please see our range) along with link to samples or online portfolio.
