Freelance Ads Specialist (Meta, TikTok & Google Ads) – Florida (Remote/Project-Based)
We are a creative marketing agency based in Florida looking for a highly motivated Freelance Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is a project-based position for someone who is results-driven, proactive, and experienced in performance marketing.
Important: Your role will be focused strictly on ad setup, management, and optimization.
All creatives (videos, images, copy) and any required website adjustments will be provided by our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns based on performance (ROAS, conversions, CPL)
• Analyze data and improve results consistently
• Work with provided creatives and landing pages
• Communicate with clients when necessary in a professional manner REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3+ years of experience running paid ads
• Proven results (ROAS, lead generation, conversions — must provide examples)
• Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and scaling campaigns
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• Strong communication skills (client-facing when needed)
• Highly motivated, responsible, and results-oriented
• Based in Florida (preferred)
