Position Overview/Responsibilities:
• Investigate risk cases in the fraud monitoring queue accurately and promptly.
• Conduct advanced transactional analysis on large datasets.
• Help identify fraud trends with the Risk Management team.
• Handle customer transaction verifications via email and assist with risk issues via phone and email.
Contract Duration: 3-6 months, with potential extension.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of card transactions and fraud.
• Experience with PII and PCI standards.
• Card fraud experience (prepaid, debit, credit).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other Office tools.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
