About the position

As a Fraud Product Manager at NICE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, evolution, and positioning of a market-leading Anti-Money Laundering (AML) product. This product is essential for critical regulatory reporting aimed at detecting and deterring global money laundering and terrorist financing activities. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the complete end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that all organizational departments are aligned to achieve commercial success. Your leadership will be crucial in providing strategic direction and thought leadership in areas such as payments fraud, identity fraud, and authentication management. In this role, you will be tasked with researching, gathering, and defining product requirements that are driven by client and market needs. You will own the roadmap plans and prioritize features to support ongoing delivery, sales and marketing initiatives, as well as commitments to partners and clients. Collaborating closely with product marketing, you will develop go-to-market strategies and write market requirements documents that effectively communicate the necessary requirements to Technical Product Management, Research and Development, and other relevant technical teams. As a subject matter expert in the fraud space, you will support project implementations and sales teams, driving creative resolutions to escalated project issues to achieve optimal business outcomes across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist management with special projects as they arise. This position will require some travel, estimated at 25-35%.

Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in areas such as payments fraud, identity fraud, and authentication management.

• Research, gather, and define product requirements driven by client and market needs.

• Own roadmap plans and prioritize features to support ongoing delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, partners, and other client commitments.

• Partner with product marketing on go-to-market strategy.
,
• Write market requirements documents that effectively communicate requirements to Technical Product Management, R&D, and other relevant technical teams.

• Support project implementations and sales teams as a subject matter expert for the fraud space and the assigned products, including technical product expertise.

• Drive creative resolution of escalated project issues with optimal business outcomes across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist management with special projects as they come up.

Requirements
• 5 years of software product management or product marketing experience, preferably with enterprise software.
,
• Knowledge of payments and banking.
,
• Experience with fraud products.
,
• Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fluid, start-up-like environment.
,
• Ability to work successfully with clients and business partners directly.
,
• Excellent problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations.
,
• Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities.
,
• Superior written and oral communication skills, coupled with technical acumen.
,
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience working with the financial services industry.
,
• BS or BA degree, or higher.
