The role involves handling inbound calls, validating identity documents, analyzing fraudulent activities, and supporting compliance with fraud policies across various channels.Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and assess fraud claims
Authenticate customer identity and validate documents
Monitor fraud trends and recommend process improvements
Take phone calls and collaborate with the team via Slack
Use internal tools and systems to manage fraud cases
Requirements:
1+ year experience in fraud, customer service, or call center support
Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
Excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail
