Key Responsibilities: Leading Franchise Sales to Success

As our ideal candidate, you'll be tasked with the following responsibilities:


Prospecting and recruiting new franchisees across the United States, leveraging your extensive network and sales expertise to identify high-potential candidates.
Executing the franchise sales process with precision, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective franchisees.
Hosting Discovery Days, where you'll showcase the PickleRage opportunity, share our vision, and answer questions from interested candidates.
Recommending top candidates for franchise award, based on your thorough evaluation of their suitability and potential for success.
Maintaining a deep understanding of our concept, including new club location availability, site selection criteria, and market analysis research, to effectively position PickleRage in the market.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth and timely franchise development process, from initial inquiry to grand opening.
Representing PickleRage at franchise and real estate industry events, conferences, and trade shows, to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of our organization.


Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:


A high school diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of franchise sales or development experience, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including prospective franchisees, business partners, and internal teams.
Consultative sales experience, with a customer-centric approach that prioritizes understanding the needs and goals of our franchise candidates.
The ability to work independently, with self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, in a virtual environment with occasional travel.
Flexibility to accommodate non-traditional working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet with candidates and conduct calls at times that suit their schedules.
