We’re looking for a Fractional Strategist to join us as we grow—someone who can deliver real value to clients in a flexible, part-time capacity.
The Role:
You’ll support new law firm clients with strategic consulting services. This is a hands-on role involving business analysis, collaborative planning, and client relationship management. You'll work closely with our founder and CEO, delivering work aligned with our frameworks—but with room for your own strategic thinking.
Start: 1–5 hours per week
Potential to grow as new clients are added
What You’ll Do:
• Lead or support strategic planning sessions with law firm clients
• Develop client deliverables such as roadmaps, process maps, and diagnostics
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, client experience, and team dynamics
• Collaborate on client onboarding and project planning
• Help ensure each engagement reflects Waybound’s quality, clarity, and custom-fit approach
What You Bring:
• 5+ years in consulting, business strategy, or law firm operations
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
• Ability to synthesize business challenges into practical solutions
• Comfort working independently in a contract/fractional setup
• (Bonus) Experience working with small to midsize law firms
• (Bonus) Familiarity with CRM systems, RevOps workflows, or legal technology
