Fractional Product Marketing Manager for B2B SaaS Company

Fractional Product Marketing Coordinator Part-time / Fractional (10–15 hrs/week) Compensation: $2,000-3,000/month Location: Remote Reports to: Head of Marketing About the Role We’re looking for a Fractional Product Marketing Coordinator to help turn product updates and customer wins into clear, polished assets that drive adoption and support revenue. This role sits between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success and is highly execution-focused. You’ll help announce new features, create customer stories, and ensure our sales and CS teams have clean, on-brand materials they can confidently use. This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll be expected to ship—writing, packaging, and designing assets that are ready to use. Goals of This Role - Increase product adoption and internal evangelism - Spearhead promotion of quarterly product releases - Build consistent customer proof and social credibility - Free up the Head of Marketing to focus on pipeline and growth What You’ll Do Product Launches & Feature Announcements -Take the lead on announcing seasonal product releases with customer- and sales-facing assets - Create announcements, launch emails, and webinar - Turn product notes into clear value-driven messaging Customer Stories & Social Proof - Create case studies, testimonials, and proof points - Repurpose customer wins into sales slides, one-pagers, and marketing content - Work with Customer Success to identify stories worth telling Sales & CS Enablement - Create and maintain sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and internal docs - Keep enablement materials up to date as the product evolves - Package messaging so Sales can easily explain value without overthinking it Design & Asset Creation - Create polished, on-brand assets in Canva (slides, one-pagers, case studies) - Turn rough inputs into presentation-ready materials - Apply strong visual judgment around layout, hierarchy, and clarity What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills - 2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, or a closely related role - Strong writing and messaging skills - Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CS - Highly organized, reliable, and execution-oriented Design & Visual Judgment (Required) - Comfortable creating assets in Canva - Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity - Able to produce clean, professional assets - Adobe experience is a plus, but not required About Ovation Ovation is a guest experience platform that helps multi-unit restaurants improve revenue by improving the guest experience.
