Fractional / Outsourced CFO / Financial Mentor (International)

Finpark is a team of experienced CFOs providing outsourced and fractional CFO services to high-growth companies and startups worldwide. We support founders in building robust financial functions, raising capital, and scaling their businesses internationally. Finpark is currently launching a new international initiative focused on supporting the company’s founder in global market expansion and advancing professional-level financial English. Role Overview We are seeking a senior international CFO to act as a personal mentor and financial tutor, combining hands-on CFO expertise with structured mentoring and advanced financial English development. The role has a strong practical focus on the U.S. and UAE markets. Key responsibilities include: ●Mentorship in financial leadership and management: in-depth discussions on financial modeling, KPIs, P&L, cash flow management, budgeting, investment strategy, and M&A. ● Advanced financial English development: improving fluency and confidence for professional communication with international investors, partners, and clients. ● Practical case work: joint analysis of real business cases, collaborative work on financial models, investor decks, and international growth strategy. ● Trusted advisor support: delivered in a mentoring and educational format rather than traditional consulting.
