Fractional HR (Startup Experience Required) - Need locals to Seattle
Trident Consulting is seeking a "Fractional HR" for one of our clients in "Seattle, WA- REMOTE", a global leader in business and technology services.
Position: Fractional HR
Location: Seattle, WA- REMOTE
Type: Contract
Rate: $70-80/Hr
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Act as a strategic HR to leadership, providing clear direction on HR priorities
ā¢ Set up and implement end-to-end HR processes (policies, onboarding, performance management, compliance, etc.)
ā¢ Build and scale HR frameworks suited for startup environments
ā¢ Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies
ā¢ Establish HR compliance and best practices
ā¢ Identify gaps and proactively recommend solutions aligned with business goals
ā¢ Manage and improve HR operations and systems
Required Experience & Skills
ā¢ Proven experience working in 3ā4 startup environments
ā¢ Strong ability to operate independently and influence leadership decisions
ā¢ Hands-on experience in building HR functions from scratch or scaling them
ā¢ Deep understanding of startup culture, agility, and fast-paced environments
ā¢ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Ability to execute, not just strategize
