Fractional Head of Product

Responsibilities • Lead and manage product development efforts, with a focus on fintech solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into products. • Develop product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs. • Oversee the design and implementation of payment and messaging solutions. • Serve as a mentor and resource to the development team, fostering a culture of growth and learning. • Interface with key partners and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction. • Participate in setting long-term product vision and roadmap. Qualifications • Proven experience in product management within the fintech industry. • Demonstrated leadership in managing product teams and guiding product strategy. • Strong understanding of payment systems and software integration. • Familiarity with AI applications in product development is an asset. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and educate team members. • Ability to work effectively in a remote setup, coordinating with a diverse team. • Experience with financial institutions and white-labeled products is a plus.
