Fractional Contracts Attorney (On-Call) – Tech-Forward Creative Law Firm - Contract to Hire
Experienced contracts attorney needed to provide on-call support for a growing, tech-forward law firm serving creative entrepreneurs.
We work with a high volume of innovative, creative businesses on transactional and intellectual property matters, particularly creative agencies that require regular master services agreement and commercial contract reviews.
This role is ideal for a highly competent attorney who is comfortable reviewing and redlining contracts efficiently and independently. Work will primarily involve reviewing, editing, and redlining a variety of commercial and creative-industry contracts.
These will most commonly include master services agreements, but may also include operating agreements, commercial lease agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Candidates should have experience using AI tools to accelerate contract review and drafting, and our clients often need relatively tight turn around within a few business days.
This role is best suited for someone who is flexible, responsive, and comfortable with variable workloads, as work will be provided on an as-needed basis (estimate 0-5 hours per week with an opportunities to grow).
