Location: Town of Florida We’re looking for top quality CFOs. Are you a driven and entrepreneurial CFO looking to be part of a global business? We are hiring across the USA, with operations currently in Georgia, Washington State, New York State, Massachusetts, Florida, Ohio, Texas, California and the Mid-Atlantic. Joining The CFO Centre will allow you the opportunity to provide fractional CFO services to ambitious small to mid-size businesses with revenues of $2-$100 million. Whether you come from a corporate, SMB, independent, or parent returning to work background – we have opportunities that will allow you to achieve work flexibility and work life balance. Do you have experience in some of the following? • Driving strategic direction of a business or Identifying risks? • Increasing profit or Improving cash flow? • Sourcing funding or Selling/exiting businesses? • Tightening up compliance or Optimizing tax and legal? • Implementing KPI reporting or Improving systems and controls? • Mergers and acquisitions or Reviewing business plans? How does it work? The role is self-employed (1099), while operating within a defined model, combining the benefits of being part of a team and supported by a well-established organization, but with a level of autonomy and freedom in how you deliver outcomes for clients. We will support you in building a long-term portfolio of clients on a part time basis. Working closely with the Head of Global Operations, or your Regional Director, and a team of CFOs in a highly collegial environment, we pride ourselves on being a great place to work, with family at our core, as is often found in our own client’s operations. Ideal candidate will possess the following • A strong ‘people person’ with a natural ability to build relationships • A ‘team player’ who thrives on contributing to a high-performance team • Long term account management approach • A business builder with proven success in consultative selling Energetic, motivated, able to make things happen • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Organized and dependable • Entrepreneurial non-corporate individual seeking the freedom to work semi-autonomously • A breadth of sector and transactional experience Requirements • You have worked as a CFO for a minimum of 5 years during your finance career • CPA/ CMA or an MBA – or a finance degree • You are highly networked and love to meet new people, develop business and ensure client satisfaction Enjoy comprehensive onboarding, mentoring and a global network of colleagues to share best practices and client experiences.
