Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead FP&A processes to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Accounting and Bookkeeping Management: Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Payroll Setup and Management: Establish and manage payroll systems that ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
• Financial Systems Implementation: Set up and maintain financial systems, including QuickBooks or other relevant software, to streamline financial operations.
• Financial Reporting & KPI Tracking: Prepare and present financial reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Board & Investor Relations: Participate in board meetings, prepare financial reports for stakeholders, and assist with investor relations to secure funding and support growth.
• Tax Advisory and Compliance: We offer tax planning and advisory services and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Risk Management involves Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure long-term stability.

Qualifications:
• Extensive CFO Experience: 7+ years of experience, including in a CFO role, CFO consultancy, or similar leadership position within the finance sector.
