Fractional Art Director | 1 month | $5,000 | Possible Ongoing Work

Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to look at this gig. We're looking for an experienced art director with a strong sense of "good" for about one month to help us develop a simple templatized design system that we can use for our clients. USE CASE We're a LinkedIn marketing agency. We help our clients operate their profiles, and part of that is producing content. Most of our clients need the following kinds of images: - Profile banners - Simple text based images - Images that contain screenshots / data - Carousels - Simple infographics (e.g., simple venn diagrams) - 1 pages We need help creating 2-ish TEMPLATES for each of those things + SOPs. We need templates that can be easily reused across clients by (mostly) changing fonts, colors, and logos. They can ABSOLUTELY be simple (and probably should). They just need to feel balanced, polished, and "good." Importantly, we need our team of content creators (savvy marketers, but not designers) to be able to use them for their clients. WHAT WE NEED Experienced design leadership. We've tried hiring designers, but we're having trouble arriving at "good," with most designers (at least without a lot of work). More than anything, we really need a who knows what GOOD is. Secondarily, we need some easy-to-follow SOPs & training to actually use this stuff. REQUIRED TOOLS - Canva (I know it's not the best. Hell, I vastly prefer Figma myself. But for whatever reason, it seems to be easier for non-designers). - AI = good Expertise in AI-driven design is strongly encouraged. You don't have to use AI, but if you can create systems that allow us to prompt to get a good result, we're all for that. The whole point of this project is to create systems that allow non-designers to easily create simple-but-polished designs. SCOPE 1. Create 1-2 templates for each of the above (at least 2 infographics, but more would be great -- they're really very simple). 1a. Simple variations for each tempalte (different 2.
