Become a part of our Marketing team as a Public Relations (PR) and Social Media Manager where you will be a key player in shaping and executing our PR and Social Media strategies. you will drive our brand forward, leveraging reputable and brand-aligned voices to enhance our visibility and reputation. In This Role Craft compelling band narratives and social strategies that drive awareness across our social media channels, ensuring alignment with key company initiatives Oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and develop strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and brand loyalty Design and implement social media expansion strategies that build upon the organization's success and innovation Develop comprehensive B2B and B2B2C strategies across earned and paid channels to further enhance the relationships and drive engagement and growth among customers and followers Establish KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize paid social media performance by collaborating with media agencies and analytics teams Conduct regular performance reviews of programs by reviewing dashboards and offer recommendations for opportunities to optimize overall program performance Work closely with internal marketing teams and agency collaborators to identify revenue-generating opportunities and drive new account growth Develop creative briefs alongside our Brand and Product Marketing teams, working with creative services to produce compelling social media assets tailored to each platform Stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscapes to continuously bring innovative ideas and insights to the organization Lead and mentor direct reports providing guidance to further develop their skills Other duties as assigned by Management Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person 8+ years experience working within a marketing organization, with a focus on social media strategy and execution 2+ years experience in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in a relevant field Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office suite Proficiency in social media applications including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn Proficiency in social media publishing, tracking and monitoring software, i.e. Brandwatch, Sprout, Hootsuite Understanding of social media principles Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to track program performance Communication and collaboration skills within the marketing and creative services organization and with cross-departmental teams Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility and dependability Excellent at managing schedules and meeting deadlines independently Quick to respond and adept at managing email and Teams messages Capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions
