Founding Operations & Research Associate (Digital Asset Investment Management)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Founding Operations & Research Associate to work directly with the founder in building the firm from the ground up. This role offers rare exposure to the early formation of an investment management business and is ideal for someone who wants to learn how funds are structured, researched, and operated in practice. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role with meaningful responsibility from day one. Key Responsibilities • Support investment research across digital assets, including protocol analysis, token economics, and on-chain data • Assist with operational setup and documentation (entities, compliance workflows, internal processes) • Build and maintain internal research and documentation systems • Help prepare internal materials, memos, and summaries • Assist with organizing investor, advisor, and partner information • Work closely with the founder on day-to-day execution and strategic initiatives Who This Role Is For • Strong analytical thinker with interest in finance, crypto, or technology • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-evolving environment • High attention to detail and strong written communication skills • Self-starter who can take ownership and execute independently • Integrity, discretion, and professionalism are essential Graduate students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals with relevant interests are encouraged to apply.
