Founding ML Engineer - CleanTech - Remote
I am working with a Series A funded CleanTech org who have recently closed a considerable round of funding and looking for their first Founding Machine Learning Engineer. You will come from a big tech background but also have some start up experience and be excited about the culture that comes with building and shipping a product from the ground up. To be a suitable fit for this role you must have experience in the following areas: Applicants must have experience in these areas: • Ingestion: Ability to architect multi-source data pipelines (APIs, PDFs, DOCX, spreadsheets) with complex parsing steps • Retrieval and Reranking: Fluency in building retrieval strategies (including query planning, expansion, and rewriting) • Evals: Experience building and maintaining strong evaluation suites for RAG pipelines • Model Ops: Experience with LLM routing • Agentic Systems: Experience building long-running tool-use agents with retry/ compensation logic. • Systems Engineering: Experience optimizing end-to-end AI pipelines (ingestion ➜ retrieval ➜ LLM ➜ post-processing) If you have the above experience and the role sounds interesting please share your resume with me at your earliest.
