We don’t (and can’t afford to) micro-manage. We have gathered many best practices and will give you full context on things that work. You can test things out, but at the end of the day, you have full ownership in how you deliver your results (with a strong support network from within and outside the company). You will:Generate a high-quality sales pipelineResearch and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profileSource and qualify outbound leads by applying qualification frameworks such as PACTTTriage and qualify inbound leads from marketing activitiesManage prospecting work-flow in Sales Navigator and HubSpotSet up Discovery meetings with the sales teamReport regularly to the founding GTM Lead in weekly 1:1s and sales meetingsConsistently meet or overachieve on activity and monthly Sales Accepted Lead targetsFeedback prospect learnings to the Secfix product team to help refine our go-to-market positioning and playbookExperience that you will bring:English (fluent) and German (C2 level)0.5–2 years of experience in sales, operations, business development, GTM, VC, or a fast-paced startupNice-to- have:We would love to see a track record of success and achievement in the things you’ve done to date - academic, sporting, extracurricular, or otherwiseWhat we offerRemote Work: 100% remote work with a virtual office in Gather.Competitive Salary: Industry-competitive local salaries.We pay local rates that are at or above the market.
