Founding Growth & Marketing Lead (Commission-Based, High Upside)

Job Description We’re building InfiniteLuv, a fast-growing AI companion platform focused on connection, support, and conversation — and we’re looking for the right person to lead growth from the ground up. This is not a traditional salaried role. What You’ll Do You’ll fully own the marketing and growth side of the business, including: • Driving new subscribers through creative growth strategies • Testing and scaling paid ads, influencers, affiliates, or partnerships • Building and improving funnels and conversion paths • Experimenting fast, learning fast, and doubling down on what works • Helping shape the long-term growth strategy of the company You won’t be micromanaged. You won’t be handed scripts. You’ll be trusted to build and execute. Compensation (Please Read Carefully) This is a commission-only role with recurring monthly income. • Earn $0.50 – $1.50 per active subscriber per month • Commission is paid monthly and recurring as long as subscribers remain active • Performance bonuses and milestone incentives available • Opportunity for long-term incentives as the company scales • No income cap — earnings grow directly with subscriber growth This role is ideal for someone who wants to build recurring income, not trade hours for a fixed salary.
