What You'll Do
• Partner directly with customers to design and integrate APIs and embedded solutions that transform the marketing experience for SMBs.
• Architect and build robust REST APIs that power critical components of our marketing automation stack.
• Lead full-stack product development, leveraging the latest AI tools to deliver innovative features and outstanding user experiences.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate quickly and deliver exceptional value to end users.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.

• Backend: Ruby on Rails
• Frontend: React (with Typescript), styled using TailwindCSS
• Databases: Redis and PostgreSQL

Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience building and scaling modern web applications (ideally with Ruby on Rails and React/Typescript)
• Strong background in designing APIs and integrating complex systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes a plus)
• Passion for solving real-world problems and delivering impactful products
• Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
Salary - $150,000 - $250,000 per year
