As Founding CTO, you will architect the "Digital Stamp Duty" infrastructure to verify global content authenticity. You'll build a high-speed ledger and universal API to combat deepfakes at a civilization scale. This is a hands-on, war-time leadership role for a hacker-spirit engineer ready to define the standard for truth on the internet.

• Expert in low-level performance languages like Rust, Go, or C++ with a background in cryptography or distributed systems.
