Over the past several years I’ve been building Hembree Window Cleaning into a company trusted by hospitals, municipalities, and major property managers across Colorado.
Along the way we’ve pioneered drone-assisted and rope-access window cleaning systems, allowing us to service buildings in ways most companies simply can’t.
Now we’re taking the next step.
We recently formed Hembree International Inc., a holding company designed to acquire and scale modern property service companies.
Our focus includes businesses operating in:
• Window cleaning and exterior building services
• Holiday and permanent lighting installation
• Gutter cleaning and exterior maintenance
• Technology-enabled property service operations
To support the next phase of growth, we are forming a small Founding Advisory Board of 5–7 experienced leaders.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome founders, operators, executives, investors, and strategic thinkers with experience in areas such as:
• Scaling service companies
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Capital formation and investor strategy
• Operational systems and growth strategy
• Technology innovation in service industries
• Strategic partnerships and national expansion
Experience in property services is helpful but not required.
⏱ Advisory Commitment
This is designed to be a limited-commitment advisory role.
Advisors may contribute through:
• Quarterly advisory calls or meetings
• Occasional strategic feedback
• Optional introductions or guidance when appropriate
This structure allows advisors to contribute meaningfully without a heavy time burden.
Compensation
Advisors may receive:
• Equity participation / stock grants
• Performance-based incentives
• Other negotiated advisory compensation structures
Important Note
This is an Advisory Board role, not a guaranteed Board of Directors position. However, strong advisors may naturally grow into deeper roles as the company expands.
