Forms Reports and PL/SQL developer

Broadpin is looking for a skilled Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL Developer to join our innovative and growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Forms and Reports applications and creating efficient PL/SQL code to support complex business processes. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions that meet business objectives, and continuously improve existing applications to enhance performance and usability. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, optimizing code, and participating in the full software development lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment that fosters continuous learning and professional growth. Requirements 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Forms and Reports Developer. 5+ years of experience as a PL/SQL Developer , including developing, debugging, and optimizing PL/SQL code with focus on performance and scalability. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
