If so, let's start the conversation.Move Mountains at Iron MountainJoin our team as a Forklift Operator, where you’ll play a vital role in our operations!You will safely operate industrial equipment, including sit down forklifts, to expertly load and unload trailers, weigh, and transfer pre-processed and finished inventory using advanced scanners and tablets. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to operate fixed equipment like balers and shredders, as well as mobile machinery such as skid steers, front-end loaders, and excavators.If you’re looking for a dynamic role that combines safety with hands-on experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Location: 4550 Darrow Rd, Stow, OH 44224Responsibilities:Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to enhance operational efficiency.Load and unload trailers, ensuring seamless internal transport of materials.Conduct daily inspections to maintain equipment safety and functionality.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.Identify hazardous materials and manage their handling according to safety protocols.Promote a culture of safety and cost savings by proactively addressing concerns and conducting inventory checks, including sorting electronic devices.Requirements:Minimum of 6 months of relevant equipment operating experienceProficient in using internal inventory systems and understanding designated warehouse areas.Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required. Ability to stand and bend repeatedly during shifts.Able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug screen)Iron Mountain’s Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) business is responsible for the deployment, management, and ultimate decommissioning and disposition of technology assets.
