ForgeRock Identity Engineer (Mobile)/Mobile App Security & Authentication Specialist (IAM)
We are looking for an experienced Mobile IAM Engineer to support the ClientWorks mobile application, with a primary focus on integrating ForgeRock for identity and access management. This role will design and implement secure authentication workflows, embed ForgeRock SDKs into mobile platforms, and ensure strong token management and error-handling practices across iOS and Android applications. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of mobile development experience (iOS and/or Android). • Proven experience with the ForgeRock Identity Platform and mobile SDKs.• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, MFA, and mobile security best practices. • Experience working in secure, enterprise-grade mobile environments. • Familiarity with bolthires/CD pipelines, QA environments, and debugging tools. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities • Integrate ForgeRock Identity SDKs into iOS/Android mobile apps and build secure authentication workflows. • Implement OAuth 2.0 flows and develop MFA using ForgeRock capabilities. • Manage JWT-based token lifecycle including generation, refresh, and revocation.• Implement resilient error-handling for authentication and token failures; collaborate with QA/security on user-friendly error responses. • Work closely with mobile, IAM, and cybersecurity teams; document integration patterns and troubleshooting guides.
