Foreclosure Litigation Attorney

Talent Consultants is looking for a skilled Foreclosure Attorney to join our team and help navigate the complexities of foreclosure law on behalf of our clients. As a Foreclosure Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing financial institutions and homeowners in foreclosure proceedings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while providing strategic legal advice. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate law, strong litigation skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting hearings, negotiating settlements, and working closely with clients to advocate for their best interests. Responsibilities • Represent clients in foreclosure cases, lending guidance and legal support throughout the process. • Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including summons, complaints, and motions. • Conduct hearings, depositions, and mediations and Litigation effectively. • Negotiate settlements and devise strategic legal solutions for clients. • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding foreclosure processes. • Stay updated on changes in foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and real estate law. • Communicate with clients regularly, keeping them informed about their cases and legal options. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active attorney license in the state of practice. • California State Bar License • A minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure law or real estate litigation. • Strong understanding of foreclosure processes, laws, and regulations. • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills. • Proven ability to handle a caseload efficiently and effectively. • Strong negotiation and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
