Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same?We're looking for a strategic thinker, a people-first leader and proven food service professional to join the Dana Hospitality team as a Retail Food Service Director at a vibrant University campus in Mississauga.What You'll DoDrive operational excellence across multiple units with both branded retail and Dana's internal brand concepts.Build strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance.Collaborate with our Culinary Directory and Chef/Operations teams to craft creative, on-brand menus and promotions.Champion health, safety, and food handling standards.Monitor budgets, control costs, and boost profitability.Train, mentor, and grow your team into future leaders.Lead new unit openings and construction projects.Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for growth.Partner with procurement to optimize inventory and supplier relations.Qualifications:Who We're Looking For?A Great Attitude!7+ years of leadership experience in food service and hospitality. Experience with multi-unit, franchise operations and contract food management. Excellent Customer and Client experience skills.Solid business acumen and strong team development ability.Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.A calm, confident presence in both the kitchen and the boardroom. Culinary background Red Seal is an asset.ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certification.Additional Information:What's in it for You?Be part of an industry that's more important than ever!Award winning safety culture.Remote work model.Supportive team environment with room to grow together.Employee Referral Program.We are growing!Certified as a Great Place to Work 2025-2026!Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
